Lady Knight

Lady Knight (The Knight Case Book 1) by [Mosley, T. Nathan]

For the first post of this blog, I feel that I should probably go ahead and include a link to my first novel, Lady Knight. Below is a short blurb about the book.
Detective Cameron Knight does not believe in magic. It's kind of hard to when you're a single(-ish) mother in a high stress job that pulls you from bed at all hours of the night. One of these nights, though, Cameron encounters a magician. Not one of those guys who pulls rabbits out of hats, but a real, true magician. Of course she doesn't believe it. Until Mathias reveals to her a world that is full of magic, Knights, kings, and more.

Following the writings of one of the most powerful magicians to have ever lived, Mathias escaped to Earth, running from Knight Captain Emil Rouland. Emil has been tasked with bringing Mathias before the King of Draeca to face the King's justice. But Marek, a magician and enemy of Mathias, has other ideas. He sees this as his big break to finally exact his revenge on Mathias and become the hero he's always wanted to be.

Little do they all know, however, the cost of traveling between Earth and Draeca has a terrible cost. The fate of both worlds will hang in the balance as Vee, a being of immense power and evil, plots to conquer one, or both, of the worlds

August Update

Hello everyone!

July was a crazy month. Travel, preparing for school, podcast, and many more things have been occupying my time.

Oh, and I got engaged! Very exciting, and lots of things to do to prepare for the wedding. I'll be marrying my best friend and the love of my life, who without I wouldn't have even finished Lady Knight. She's also been a driving force behind my work on Knight Captain, which I'm still working on. So thank you for that, Alexandra.

Other than that, things are steady as she goes. I'm going to resume working on Knight Captain soon, and life carries on. I just wanted to pop in and let everyone know where I'm at. Right now I'm looking at a early 2018 release for Knight Captain, pending a cover and revisions.

Next year I'll probably start working on one of my other projects, but I haven't decided which yet. Good thing there's still plenty of time for that.

Thanks for reading!

June Update

How is it already June?!

May has absolutely flown by and it's been a crazy month. I've been almost entirely focused on Lady Knight's book tour this past month if you haven't been following my Facebook page, which, if you aren't, you totally should: https://www.facebook.com/Tnmosleybooks/

The revisions for Lady Knight have been going exceptionally well, and I'm hoping to have those done as soon as possible. My editor has been pointing out things that I never would've thought of, so a huge shoutout to him. Thanks, Terry!

On the actual writing front... Well, that's not going so swell. All of my projects are basically on hold currently, which I'm not terribly happy with. A lot of things have been happening in the past few weeks that have forced me to stop writing for the moment. I hope to start writing again very soon, but I don't know when that will be. As a result, I've had to push back the completion date for Knight Captain's first draft …

Knight Captain, New Cover for Lady Knight, and More!

Hello everyone!

Work on Knight Captain, book two of The Knight Case, is well underway! The book is about 15% done so far, and this post will be showing up before days 6 and 7 of working on it. I've also got a blurb about the book. It's subject to revision in the future, but for now I'm excited to share at least this much with everyone:
The events that transpired on Earth have passed, and a relative return to peace has come over Draeca. Friends have been put to rest, romances have blossomed, and the traitor magician Mathias has been brought into custody. Lady Athana Marjoya is continuing the work started by the treacherous magician turned hero Marek to discover a safer way to create new magicians. The Knight Sanet is healed from his wounds sustained during the invasion of Earth, and the Knight Albidor is happy to be gone from the place. Trade is prospering, the people are happy, and things couldn’t seem to be going better. But Knight Captain Emil Rouland is not having a goo…
